How to Become a Patient<\/strong><\/h1>\n

In order to become a Wake Smiles patient, you must be an uninsured Wake County resident who meets income requirements and be referred by one of our participating agencies.

To be a patient at Wake Smiles, you must be a Wake County resident, uninsured and low income. If you have Medicaid, Medicare or any health or dental insurance you will not qualify for our services. There is a $40 administrative fee for each appointment. We accept credit\/debit cards.<\/p>\n
